    What to try, and how to tell us.

    • Writing and scoring usually take 10–40 seconds. Please don’t refresh while it’s working.
    • If it fails, try again once. If it fails again, contact us rather than retrying many times.
    • If it keeps failing, contact us and say which page you were on. We see the error on our side too.
