What your score means
How we score your CV against a job, and what 75 and 90+ mean.
Your score shows how well your CV proves what this job asks for. We read the job’s requirements, then check your CV for real evidence of each one: work you describe, not just a word in your skills list.
- 90+: a strong match. Most requirements are clearly proven.
- 75–89: a good match with a few gaps.
- Under 75: important requirements aren’t shown yet.
Each requirement is marked as proven, only listed (in your skills but no job shows it), or missing. Get to 90+ helps with the last two.
Changing careers?
If the job is in a related field, your target is 75, because some experience can only come from doing the job. For a different profession the score stays lower, and we show you what carries over.
